In democracy there’s one thing you should know

You’re not real-ly free until you-ou can vote.

That’s why we must fight voter suppression laws, you see!

In democracy ev’rybody has the ri-ight to be free.

When the G O P purges vo-oter sheets,

and gerrymanders districts so that the-ey can cheat

then we cannot have a truly fair election anywhere.

In democracy ev’ry election is supposed to be fair.

So do whatever it takes to make the G O P stop

treating e-lections like they can call all the shots.

Let them know in no uncertain terms that’s not how it works.

Don’t let our e-lec-tions be stolen by a-ny GOP jerks!
