Oh! we are an energy nation.
We have oil and gas, and coal.
We even have the tar sands
Under our control.
But Global Warming is a threat,
And we must recognize,
Conservation is the answer.
With no compromise!!!

So, what can we do to save the planet.
How do we make them face the truth?
What can we do to save the future,
Solar panels on the roof!!!!!

Over in Kyoto,
In a land across the sea.
They came to an agreement
For using energy.
Many countries did approve it.
They said, “Let’s ratify”
But, Alberta has said no to this.
They will not comply!!!

So, what can we do to save the p!anet.
We have the wind and lots of sun,
What can we do to save the future.
