We’re glad you’ve decided to shut down
FFTF for once and for all
We’ve waited for years for this message
We wish it were done by the fall.

But we’ll prefer 2007
To complete this reactor’s demise
And hope you will expedite cleanup
Of the tanks and the soil on the site.

Empty those high level waste tanks,
Vitrify seventy-five percent,
Refuse to accept any mixed wastes
Just clean up our environment

Cleanup is job number one.
